One of my frequent "dancing school" partners. Jeanne's demise is a mystery to me. I'd really like to know what happened to this very pleasant girl.

Jeanne Maull King provided this commentary for our 25th Reunion booklet in 1991.

From graduation I became a laboratory technician, training in Philadelphia and working in Stratford for five years. Then I married Allen W. Hauck, Jr, and moved to Texas. The Houston area has been home since 1971 off and on, except for one year in North Carolina and another in Florida. I had 17 wonderful years of working and traveling throughout southeast Texas. I worked as a pipefitter's helper, iron worker, welder's helper, connector, steelworker, security, correctional officer, and traffic clerk. My main recreational activity was riding with a family motorcycle club putting a lot of miles touring the country and having a great time meeting a wide variety of friends. I lost my spouse, Allen, in 1987 to congestive heart failure, but he had done everything possible to make sure I could stand on my own two feet. I will always have wonderful memories and laughter. Two years later I met and married Ray E. King. We both work, and raise cattle and horses on the side. Having horses has always been a dream of mine. Ray and I both love critters and the outdoors, so I lucked out twice by finding two wonderful men!
